Return and Refund Policy
At Eight Colour Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns for damaged or defective items only, within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
Please note that items from the Bottoms Collection are not eligible for return.
This policy applies to all orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada.
Proof of Purchase and Photos To initiate a return, please provide your order confirmation email and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website. In the event that a replacement or store credit cannot be arranged, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
No Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee.
